1. Venue

Date: Wednesday, 18th September 2019
Set up: 2:30pm – 4:25pm
Delegate registration: 4:30pm
Welcome & facilitated networking: 4:30pm – 5.30pm
1st speaker: 5.30pm – 5:50pm
Speed Networking: 6:00pm – 6:25pm
2nd speaker: 6:30pm – 6:50pm
Informal networking, buffet & draws: 7:00pm – 8:00pm
Pack up and exit: 8:00pm – 9:00pm
3. Directions and Parking
By Foot:
The Lights is situated a 2 minute walk from the main town centre or a 10 minute walk from Andover Rail Station.
By Road to Andover:
As the main route from London to the West Country and from Southampton to Oxford and the north, Andover is particularly easy to get to. Situated on the A303 within easy reach of the M3 & M4.
By Rail to Andover:
Andover is conveniently situated on the main London Waterloo to Exeter railway line.
Disabled Parking:
There are 6, non-reservable bays for disabled drivers, roughly 50 metres from the Theatre.

Parking Updates
Important updates: Do not use the Lidl Car Park as you will incur a fine – customer only car park
* The car park at the old Magistrates Courts is no longer available due to new leisure centre
* It is recommended that you unload at The Lights and park at the Chantry Centre multi-storey car park which is free after 4pm and closes at 10pm
* Marlborough Street has limited but free after 4pm parking

4. Displays
Exhibition spaces are limited to one 6 foot table. Please state on the application form if you require a table cloth or if you have your own. They will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Chairs are not provided but we have a few for disabled exhibitors. Please note this on your application form.
5. Exhibitor Information 2019
Your exhibit set up must be complete by 4:25pm and we reserve the right to refuse admission to set up your display if you arrive late.
You may unload your vehicle outside the main entrance but all vehicles must be moved to the public car parks by 4:20pm.
Exhibitors who provide their own display stand must ensure this will fit in your 6 foot allocated space.
Please do not bring a frame stand without prior discussion with the organisers, as we will be unable to accommodate it.
Please restrict pop up banners to one per exhibit, which can only be placed within your allocated space.
Electric points are available but are limited; these must be requested and pre-booked on the application form and we will do our best to accommodate your request, but can’t guarantee this. Please bring your own PAT tested extension cable.
6. Dilapidations
Exhibitors are not permitted to fix any graphics, notices or material to any part of the venue or its walls. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused by their staff or contractors to the fabric of the building. Any damage caused will be charged to the exhibitor concerned. Exhibitors will ensure they clear and remove all the rubbish, refuse and other materials not belonging to the venue from the premises so that they are completely clean and tidy during and at the end of the event. Any excess waste removal will be charged following the event.
7. Security/Insurance
It is the Exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure the safety of your belongings and you are advised not to leave any valuable equipment or articles unattended at any time. It is also the Exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure that their insurance extends to transport between the venue and the space occupied during the event.
8. Refreshments
Drinks can be purchased from the bar in the Arena.
9. Wi-Fi
Free Internet/Public WIFI is available.
10. Publicity material
Exhibitors are reminded that publicity materials may only be distributed from their stands.
12. Payment
Please complete the application form and make payment via the website. The deadline for applications and payment is Thursday 1st August 2019. Please email b2b@biggernetwork.co.uk if you wish to pay by BACS or send a cheque.
The number of exhibitors by business type will be limited; this will be on a first come, first served basis and it is recommended you send your application as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
On receipt of your payment and booking form, you will receive an email acknowledgement. Confirmation of successful applications will be notified by the 8th August 2019 and is on a first come first served basis. Cheques will not be deposited until you have had a confirmation. The number of places per type of business is limited to a maximum of 4. We will keep a waiting list of the unsuccessful applicants to fill any spaces. Unsuccessful applicants will have their cheques returned by post
11. Cancellation
Cancellation must be made by email or in writing by 30th August 2019. No refunds for cancellations after this date.
